Born in Vijayapur (Bijapur), Karnataka, near the sacred Ganagapur Mandir, Suniil Rathod grew up in an environment deeply rooted in spirituality, discipline, and respect for tradition. This spiritual influence played a vital role in shaping his belief that travel—especially pilgrimage and cultural tourism—should be handled with responsibility, care, and integrity.

Education and Early Foundation

Suniil Rathod completed his Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Karnataka University. While his academic background was in technology, it helped him develop strong skills in planning, coordination, systems management, and structured execution—capabilities that are essential in the tourism and travel industry.

Rather than choosing a purely technical career, he followed his passion for travel and people-oriented work. This decision led him to enter the tourism sector in 2014, marking the beginning of a journey that would span over a decade of on-ground experience across India.

Experience Since 2014: Learning from the Field

Since entering the tourism industry, Suniil Rathod has worked extensively at the grassroots level—handling operations, coordinating hotels and transport, managing groups, and personally escorting tours. His early venture, Crossroads Vacations, a Delhi-based travel firm, allowed him to gain deep exposure to North Indian destinations, particularly those requiring careful planning and destination knowledge.

Over the years, he became a trusted destination specialist for:

• Himachal Pradesh – Kullu, Manali, Shimla, hill and leisure tourism

• Uttarakhand – Char Dham Yatra, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Kedarnath, Badrinath

• Punjab – cultural and heritage tourism
